A couple of sarah thomas moffat ago I started making GIFs of female cinematographers with the mission to increase their visibility in search engines and on social media sites. Thanks to this project, I came into contact with Sarah Thomas Moffat. While checking her website for the first time, I had to do a double take.

Sarah Thomas Moffat is a cinematographer who works internationally, while based between LA and London. Sarah is also a natural director and communicated to the engineers her vision for the scene. Walking through the Unreal 5 engine she chose a section of the virtual city, and then lit the scene based on the time of day desired. Beginning as a student PA it has expanded across all departments and genres to successfully establish her as a Cinematographer.
