Sands Collision Is owned by a family dealership that has 3 franchises. They have been in business for 80 yrs. Requested a state inspection at time of check-in since my car was with you anyway, and was told no problem. After body repairs were done, I was told there is a wait for the inspection and I would have to schedule it. Everyone was awesome. My elderly mother had some body work done. Everyone was extremely helpful keeping me in the loop of what was happening so I could help my mom. I am very grateful they were understanding and I felt like they had my best interests in mind. The entire group I dealt with were very professional. Top Notch. The office manager lady sorry I forget her name was very friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with in the process were very nice.
