The Chinese Factory that produces these don't seem to understand American sizes properly. I had to fight with it for three minutes to get it to zip up all the way because it catches. It was so busy hugging my shoulders that it couldn't drop down to my belt line. On the far negative side, one of the outer pocket snaps the backing half, not the button half ripped out of the shell after about two months of normal use.
