The staff were at all times pleasant and helpful, each This was our second holiday here and we loveit!! Hoping to return next January for another fabulous holiday. We have just returned from a weeks chill out holiday. Our first visit to this hotel. We were on an all inclusive basis. We were upgraded to a lovely two bedroom, with a large balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view.

Excellent and friendly staff who were always on hand to help. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was very good with plenty to choose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Using the Riu app to book the restaurants is a fantastic idea and we managed to book all three restaurants with no issues at all. The white and Neon parties were both fantastic. The longest we had to queue for a drink was no more than two minutes and he self self areas for drinks is a fabulous idea. All in all a lovely hotel. Dear LeeB, Thank you so much for your review!
