We love Ricardos and the food is always authentic and tasty. Cinco da mayo was a great experience. The environment was very clean and pleasant, the food was yummy. The young lady who helped us was friendly and made some recommendations. The food did take longer than I expected, especially considering we were the only customers in the restaurant most the time. She did not call a manager I was listening she came back on line and said that I would have to bring the burritos back 16 miles so they could confirm the absolute lack of pork.
