MY cabin was in need of updating and cabin staff just seem stressed and miserable. We were allocated a great table at The Oriental but no Sommelier so the poor waiting staff are stressed out trying to get the hot food and cope with taking drinks orders which is We had previously sailed on Azura in when she was brand new and after 14 years there was quite a difference in the state of the ship. That said she was clean and the staff were always around cleaning and polishing. Hit five stars for activities and excursions but didn't use them. Excellent value for money cruise. Staff onboard were very good. Cabins kept clean by friendly staff. Food onboard was consistently good and well cooked. This ship caters for the British market and this is reflected in the menus on offer.
