Not a big place, but very welcoming. All Covid precautions were taken and we were shown to out table. An extensive choice of drinks - especially ciders. Great arrangement! Had never visited Watchet before, let alone 'Pebbles' but we'll certainly be back. The town itself is lovely and definitely quieter than its more famous neighbours along the coast and 'The Pebbles Tavern' is a gem in its heart.

The Golden Bowl in Watchet is an exceptional Chinese takeaway that offers a wide variety of delicious meals for families. It's great to return to my original home town and country to enjoy wonderful food. West Somerset. The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service. The rest were conspicous by their absence. See time and distance between all your places. The pub offers a warm welcome with well-kept beers, wines, spirits, and excellent pizzas with vegan and gluten-free options. Lady at the bar in particular had funky hair was a gem, chatty and welcoming and even told me to keep her lighter as I found I come without one. The service was friendly and the portion was very good. This is a beautful old pub with a big camping and caravan site in the fields behind the pub next to the local farm.
