We dined here as a party of four, including three people who were in town doing lots of business dinners. In fact, one person had just come to the same restaurant the night before. The restaurant was very accommodating and flexible, designing for him a separate tasting menu so he wouldn't have to eat the same food twice. We began by trying an "antica formula", the original Vermouth recipe developed by Antonio Benedetto Carpano in that has been kept secret for hundreds of years. We got to the restaurant by taxi, as the hotel was at the opposite side of the city centre, and were welcomed by the manager Didier Fertilati. The restaurant was empty and I used this opportunity to shoot a few photos of the light, natural and delicate interior, the hear serviettes and tablecloth and took pleasantly note of the chairs of the Danish designer and joiner Hans Wegner. From the very first moment I was struck by the extreme kindness from the staff, especially the manager and the sommelier.
