Almost like a mash-up of the iconic UK series Skins meets horror anthology series Black Mirror, Red Rose promises to take viewers on an intense, twisted journey. The teen drama blends the harsh realities of growing up in the North of England with the modern-age fear of technology. Each episode features a variety of iconic, notable tracks from a multitude of eras. Red Rose has a soundtrack that seeks to reflect the culture of a young, working-class Britain. The Rose is the soundtrack to the feature film of the same name starring Bette Midler which was released in Midler performs all the songs on the album, with the exception of the instrumental "Camellia".
