When I went to the office and asked the Record go employee he told me the next shuttle will be here in 20 minutes, which would leave us late for our plane. In the end we caught a taxi of course Record go said they will not refund, no apologies for delay in shuttle. They do not respect the terms of the contract when ordering from other companies e. I couldn't pick up the car because they didn't respect the security of the deposit with a debit card. The employee was aggressive, insulted my friends and at the end refused to release the car. I advise you to avoid this company!

I made a claim saying that it was not the car or same class i ordered. They didn't care and replying that if i wanna change car i would have to pay extra fee.
