I need some help. Every time I try to access the administration page I get prompted for the user ID and password. I have searched Google for solutions to this problem including this forum and I have gone thru many of the solutions posted here:. The ReadyNAS is currently working and serving the shares. I normally do backups from the administration page so I cannot do any more backups. Could this problem have been caused by a bad Hotfix push from Netgear?
