Just look at your map for the three horses symbol, and they should be somewhere in the area. It might take some time to stumble upon the right one, they're not that shiny white, more a bit of grey-white. Hope this helps. Like guppo said Northern Mexico there all white with a dark face. I found it after doing the second train mission for de Santa gatling gun one.
