One staff member is gluten-free and fortunately was working when I visited. The others had no idea what was safe. Unlike other reviewers experience, they do not have gf bread or buns. The gf staff member made this list of safe items: Brunswick stew, any bbq with vinegar base sauce, collards, green beans, cabbage, chick peas, beets, salad with ranch dressing, baked chicken, mashed potatoes, slaw, chicken salad and pickles. Ask for a manager. The buffet has many gluten free items including meat and vegetables. The Brunswick Stew is gluten free and they have gluten free buns available for sandwiches and hamburgers. Expect to spend 20 bucks to eat a lunch buffet with a soda or tea. Then you can tip if you had any sort of friendly service. Most of the food was from a box or a can! The chicken was bland, some seasoning was on the skin.

There was a line waiting to get in. We stood outside in the line for maybe 15 minutes. Nobody comes out to tell you anything, such as if the line inside is long or short. You must The Sunday buffet was good. The food was good, but my husband's fried chicken was very greasy. Especially good was the fried apples, minced bbq, biscuits and candied yams. I liked the banana poudding, but had to spit out the chunks of banana, which were not ripe enough to go into banana pudding. Shame on Ralphs', for messing up a typical Southern dish by using green, hard bananas. Just OK.
