The hands and the indices are all twisted away from the center of the watch, so the hands are no longer anchored to the middle. With a simple Miyota quartz mechanism, the watch is able to do this by painting the hands on clear disks that rotate in the normal way. I have not spent time with the watch, but I expect that I would pick up on reading it very quickly.

The watch itself is 40mm in diameter and less than 8mm tall, so it is a thin enough to pass for a dress watch. The case is black IP coated stainless steel and the 20mm leather strap is attached via hidden lugs.
