The use of corrupted mods and others to counterbalance theirs malus, the specifical energy builds an warframe abilities will be impacted by this sort of mod. Likely never, my friend.

A long time ago, around the week before the 2nd appearance of baro ki teer, there was a hint that primed streamline was confirmed, sadly it was never released, and now that we passed about 7 void trader appearances, everyone has stopped talking about primed streamline. Now I know many people say that primed streamline will break the use of fleeting expertise, which is true for obvious reasons. Also during the first apperance of primed flow, I've heard that it wasn't good, of course I rejected that I got the mod anyways, rank 8 and equipped on half my warframes. Now I want to ask the community if they really think primed streamline is worth getting when you already had the opportunity to get something better? Now to max both, it would take approximately r5 fusion cores, and about 1. Lets compare how efficiency the two are

We've already gotten primed or umbral versions of Intensify, Vitality, Steel Fiber, and Continuity, and these three are the last core Warframe ones that should have a prime version. Any mod that has an existing corrupted mod, with stronger effect, will never have primed version. That would be a major power creep that DE will surely try to avoid. We are already have Steel Path, that most players with more than 1K hours in the game, can dunk on easily. IMO, Primed Stretch is just a bad idea as things currently stand. Primed Streamline, I'm not sure about, but seems unlikely. Primed or Umbra Redirection would be nice, although little used.
