Progress was painfully slow anyway as they pass stuff back and forward between offices. It seems that anything they can do to complicate matters they will and it'll result in an indemnity, the cost of which you will be paying. They have no idea what they are doing. Don't answer there phone's and don't ring you back when you leave messages. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and an embarrassment to their profession. Very inefficient. His 7 week delay meant our own purchase faltered our sellers' patience ran out and our seamless completion plan was broken, leaving us homeless for 5 weeks. Purple Bricks need to take accountability as they recommended using this company, indeed I was told I would have to pay Purple Bricks if I chose to use another company. A chain free sale dragged on for 10 months before our buyer simply got fed up. I am disgusted that purple bricks recommend these amateurs simply because they service we received from purple bricks themselves was outstanding, however I will never use purple bricks again based on our experience of premier property lawyers. Uncommunicative - very difficult to reach our solicitor.
