Both programs give you a great total body workout while building confidence, helping you learn how to defend yourself, and a fun activity to enjoy with friends. Karate is a Japanese Martial Art that helps individuals develop defensive skills. Kickboxing programs use real kickboxing moves and techniques to give you an empowering total body workout that is never boring and gives your body a challenge. Learn the art of Krav Maga and take control of your own safety. Krav Maga is used by military and law enforcement and takes a practical approach to self-defense.

Two full hours of very well organised activities, games and a giant inflatable, with lots of amazing fun, discipline and good teachings!!!! All parents were really really happy to see their kids on the floor with the instructors, having so much fun and enjoying it so much! So much that my wife and 2 kids are also members. Having been a martial artist for 3 decades I was very impressed when I met Mr. Amazing facility with very highly trained staff!
