I have been waiting since april to come out a fix a seam that has come open. I have called and get told some one will be out ,no one calls to let me know when they will be out. I had issues with seams before after it was installed. Vinyl decking holds a 5 year warranty, this is an industry standard. Vinyl is temperature sensitive and can't be installed or repaired when the temperature is below 7C. We added him to our service list. Perma Deck would be happy to send an installer out however, the deck is out of warranty and we can't guarantee the success of any repairs in this point of time. I was told I would be on the list and I waited almost 2 months and heard nothing, I called back again and was told I would be called with more info ,I waited almost a 1. I waited over a week and again heard nothing. I had told them back in april that I would pay.
