Apology upfront… my frustration levels are high, having attempted to sort out this mess for all of this week. Since placing my order I've received radio silence from PLE, despite messaging them to ask when the item was likely to be shipped. Emailed PLE directly, and was told "all of our eBay sales are done through eBay alone we have none of the info on our end you would be much better contacting through eBay itself" which is basically washing their hands of it. Unfortunately there is no option to raise a case with eBay… well none that I can see? Only option that appears available is to go through PayPal? In all the years I've been ordering items via eBay, I've never come across an issue like this… first time ordering from PLE Computers so who knows, maybe this is normal? PLE have my payment, haven't shipped the goods, and are not responding to messages on eBay, and palming me off via direct email.

I used a coupon too and I'm not sure if I lost it. It sounds like the stock level on their eBay store doesn't reflect what they have on hand or that products come from somewhere else e.
