My last challenge of was Crayon Art with Recycled Bottles. You can find a list of all the challenges I did for in that post. I have a ton of pins about making flowers from paper, but I have never tried any of them. This month I picked this pin about making a giant paper rose from Dream Posy. I got confused in the written part, so the video seemed more helpful to me. There are free printable templates as well, which I found very handy!

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! I am going back and re-making some of my previous tutorials. Today I am sharing my tutorial on how to make giant paper flowers for a paper flower backdrop. You can make a few to use as decorations, or make a whole bunch to fill an entire wall to use as a photo backdrop at an event or wedding. With these flowers, you can draw petals in any shape you like! Just make sure make each petal layer smaller than the last. I made these flowers with three layers, but you can always add more or less! In addition, you can also experiment with different types of centers and leaves.

For the smaller flowers, I cut a large square paper in quarters, and then made two small flowers with them using the same process. Double sided tape Hot glue gun Scissors Ruler What you do: 1. The leaf template only has the pointed edge on one side, so you have to flip it if you want it on both sides. Do the same for the other standard size sheet of paper, and then connect the two half-circle shaped papers to each other with double sided tape.
