Open Flow classes draw on dynamic movements with the use of props to encourage an athletic workout. These sessions include full body exercises while using the carriage in many different ways. Hot Pilates is a dynamic 45 minute class that is a challenging full-body workout in a heated room. The session includes traditional mat pilates combined with elements of strength interval training. Yin yoga targets the deep tissues of your body in a way unlike any other yoga practice. A Yin pose is one that is held for a long time.
