I've been wanting to try them out since the "coming soon" sign first went up.. We ordered bbq chicken vermicelli, rare beef pho, egg rolls and spring rolls. We ordered take out, and besides the logistics of getting pho to-go, everything was really good. The broth is light, the sauces are delicious, and the spices are on point. We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our "go-to" list. The food - I have had Pho many times. This place is disgusting - definitely not made from scratch. So much grease and no true flavor.
