Walked in yesterday to have my dog's nails done and since they were overbooked, we were offered an appointment today. They weren't satisfied with the paperwork I showed for my dog's rabies vaccine so they said no problem, they will just contact the vet. All fine, I just asked if there was any problem to call me before the appointment so we don't have to make the trip. This morning, got no call, but just to make sure esp.

Their website is apparently not connected to the store inventory systems, so there's no relation between what's "in stock" on the website vs. They are too lazy to work on the dogs hair. I asked the groomer to work on my dog's hair to make it fluffy and puffy. Long story short, we made the trip for nothing so we will avoid petsmart at all costs!
