The Passage House Inn is nestled on the very edge of the estuary in Topsham - a gorgeous, sleepy, quaint town about four miles from Exeter city in Devon, England. Situated on the River Exe, the town looks out over the river to the beautiful Kenn Valley. A choice from two locally sourced meats, served with Yorkshire Pudding, chef's tasty roast potatoes and a selection of seasonal fresh vegetables. Whitebait, dressed in a chilli, lime and coriander dressing, served with salad. Whitebait are very small fish cooked and eaten whole. Recognised all over the world but the term is applied to different species reflecting what is available locally. In most of Europe, whitebait are young sprats.
