I called Dawsonville Ga Onelife Fitness Center and spoke to a gentleman who informed me that he was the new general manager Austin was his name. I explained my issue and requested my money to be returned to my account. After speaking with Austin I felt the need for a face to face visit. So, I drove across town to the Onelife Fitness Center. Upon entering the front door I turned on my camera and started videoing my visit. Austin introduced himself and while behind the counter he did treat me somewhat kind. The disrespectful and rudeness did not begin until he invited me over to one of the tables away from the small crowd of customers that had gathered to listen. Austin continued to tell me that he would go to bat for me and attempt to get my money back but, he wasn't promising anything.
