In order not to let it disappoint, as most movie adaptions do, I made sure to set my expectations low. I went in expecting it to be bad, like a Me Before You movie adaptation kind of bad my standards are sky high and wow…………………. Let me just put it this way, to say that the TV series is better than the movie is an understatement. I simply refuse to accept this movie as part of the Peach Blossoms franchise but alas it has happened. Goes to show how deceptive a beautifully-cut trailer can be.
