Come visit us and hear for yourself after a meal at America Bowman Restaurant. It was originally called Prototype Stout as we worked on the recipe. With the help of our patrons and friends we have developed this dry Irish Stout. Specifically brewed for fun nights in the Irish Pub. This historic brew was originally introduced at the tail end of the 19th century and became a regional favorite.

Finest food, super friendly staff members, regularly awesome ambience. They charge fair pricing and the food quality is fantastic. Great work. Much better than your average bar and grill. Nice place to go before seeing a show at Tacoma Comedy Club! Definitely has a neighborhood vibe, but we had a couple of beverages and dinner before we had to leave. The pool tables were popular. The area at the bar is small, but if you don't mind placing your order there, they bring your food to the table. Will definitely go again! September You have to order your food at the bar and their drinks are strong! There are pool tables and darts and outdoor seating. Service is good and the lady at the bar was really nice. I tried to get her to stop working and come drink with us.
