I perceive that the owner; Dave, knows his craft as he has done well in educating and instructing his staff in a way that produces a very professional presentation, but also what appears to me to be happy servers and front end support. Everyone here is super smiley, friendly and just super nice and seem to stay around and like working here.

Lots of GF options. Staff was very knowledgeable, informed me that although the chicken wings are gluten free they are cooked in the same fryer as other gluten items and therefore not safe. I ordered the roast chicken. It was prepared in a separate pan and I did not get sick. I only wish they had a celiac safe beer on the list.

Started great and got better. Rob managed to get us a table for 8 people at 7pm on Saturday when we called him at noon. Table was ready. It was my wife birthday and she was thrilled at the dinner and service. Food was outstanding. We had various steak offerings and all were great. The potato chip and bacon appetizers were really good.
