I sent an email concerning the situation and asked for a reply and I said if no reply I was going to call my card company. I haven't gotten a response to my email. I will wait a couple more hours then cancel with my card company. Poor website, no active customer service. First and last time I will order from Oak and Luna. On line ordering was very difficult, I tried numerous times to place my order and it never accepted it.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed in all my items. Style and Design. Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv Value for money. Out of no where! We are really sorry for the inconvenience this order has caused to you. Keep in mind that the only part that is customized, is the cheap locket with an initial on it, the actual chain itself, is a separate piece that has nothing to do with the customization process.
