I have seen some heinous footwear in my days. Designed to look like a New York City sidewalk, these limited-edition Crocs are only available through a lottery at the Crocs website. Fast forward a couple of decades and everything has changed: Crocs have now turned into trendy accessories that you can flaunt with style. Several Hollywood stars, including Post Malone, Justin Bieber, Pharrell, and Nicki Minaj are all fans of these shoes and have been seen rocking them at various locations. These shoes have one of the best cushioning effects, resulting in a super comfortable and incredibly easy-to-walk-in shoe. And this is usually what the shoe is known and bought for. After releasing in , Crocs have literally gone through a rollercoaster of a ride, since they were loved by some and hated by so many over the years. So, Crocs are finally finding their place in the fashion world and are turning heads all over! Later on, these shoes inspired them to start a shoe business. Clog shoes were made of wood and were used as protective gear in the agriculture and mining fields.

Great news! On 22 March , the trendsetting shoe manufacturer Crocs Europe moved into their new distribution centre at DistriPark Dordrecht. This is great news not only for the company itself, but for several hundred newly employed people in the area as well! The company will be using the distribution centre — comprised of two large halls and four separate units — to store web-shop products, supply high-street shops, and handle return shipments. Even though it was challenging at times, we successfully completed a wonderful project together. The cooperation between these partners goes back many years and many projects, making for a smooth project execution, in full confidence. The city of Dordrecht was also instrumental in making this happen, with a proactive approach to the project. The building method that was used, with prefab concrete, is what made such strict planning possible — the planning was fully met, down to the very day! As the distribution centre is subject to external quality assurance, this project demonstrated that Hercuton is already compliant with the Construction Quality Assurance law coming into effect on 1 January
