Way to unmotivated someone before they even start. I wasn't charged within the 14 day free trial. Learn from my mistake and avoid Noom like the plague. However, my biggest issue is with their deceptive advertising and how I was treated when I tried to cancel. The "psychology" of it is that they ask you to decide which of 3 preselected answers, means that you are falling off the diet. I worked hard at it that first month. It's like most any other subscription…they will keep billing you until you cancel. At the very least, Bill one month at a time, I would suck it up and admit I forgot to cancel for 1 month of money, and that payment would trigger someone to cancel if they wanted.
