I recently visited Noire Nails Salon and am incredibly impressed with the atmosphere here. They have outstanding customer service, too; I love the creativity and quality of the nails. Each nail was a miniature masterpiece showcasing intricate patterns, and I also love this big apple red color so much that it is suitable for the holiday season. They have employees who design beautiful nails, as seen in my snowman design. The quality of their polish is excellent because my nails lasted 4 or 5 weeks. I recommend this place for those who love manicures and nail design. Had some time to chill while car was serviced. Walked to this location for a random manicure. I was greeted by the front desk host who welcomed me warmly, inquired my choice of service, directed me to choose my color polish and suggested I have a seat until my technician was free. I never sat down!

Made an appointment here for the first time. Throughout my stay for liquid gel fill, I relayed to Ken that my nails were lumpy and uneven. He kept insisting that because his tool was flat that there were no ripples in my nails. When I got home and looked at my nails, they are not smooth at all. After reading the reviews here, I see I should have done my homework first and not used this place. Telling people they can come back and speak with a manager is foolhearted as they should be listening to the customer while they are in the appointment. No need for me to return.
