Nitrado ark servers down

Is there anybody useing this company to host your ark server. If so are you haven the same tech support issues and every time ark updates it puts your server down maken the page not even upload able until days later when tech support finally Sends you a responce saying they restarted your server after last patch and it's all good. I admin on a server with a buddy they shut down when updates come out. Though Dev's updates are too fast for nitrado. So Only issue I have with nitrado is there Web control panel feels like it's hooked up to a 56k modem.

So I recent got a nitrado server for myself and a few friends. And it will not stop crashing, all I have are some stack modification codes, and custom loot drops beacons which I got through Beacon Omni. The server will not go below ram usage. And will not stay up for longer than like 30 minutes to an hour or so at most. I have asked Nitrado for help and the last support email I got from them suggested asking here. You pay good money to have a server, then when something goes wrong with nitrado ark servers down, you contact them. I have three servers with them spending hundreds of Euros a month, and they dont really seem to get back to me very quick on service issues.
