When the beef has finished searing pour the sauce into the pot. Assemble the pressure lid, make sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position. When pressure cooking is complete, naturally release the pressure for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the vent position. Carefully remove the lid when the unit has finished releasing pressure. Using 2 Forks, shred the meat. Transfer the beef away from bowl. Carefully drain any remaining sauce and set it aside.
