The kind with roasted jalapenos in it is best. Delicious but messy. You can wrap and transport the sandwich, as the toasted bread will resist becoming soggy for a few hours. Always mouth watering. Adding mayo to this recipe hits it out of the park. Greater than the simple sum of its parts.
