Radio took cues from Wilson's experience in the coffee and beer scenes of Seattle, serving Pacific Northwest favorite Stumptown Coffee's nitro cold brew on tap. Their beer menu is heavy on local brews from places like St. Elmo and Blue Owl, and Radio serves a full cocktail menu, too.
