However, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The technician assigned to me didn't engage much in conversation, which made the experience feel impersonal. Additionally, I wished she had been more thorough in scrubbing my feet during the pedicure. The biggest issue arose during the manicure when she accidentally messed up one of my nails.
