With the MyIntegra portal you'll enjoy Plan Management with less admin, time and effort. To get access to the MyIntegra portal you need to register for our Plan Management service.

As part of your NDIS plan , you'll work with providers to receive the supports and services you need. Unpaid invoices can mean losing services or even providers. Our plan managers help you pay invoices on time, through our handy online customer portal. There are two ways providers can send invoices for NDIS services to us: having your providers submit invoices through the MyIntegra customer portal or emailing invoices to [email protected]. If you or your provider have any questions about invoices, email our customer support team via [email protected]. To avoid delays with processing invoices, providers should make sure the invoices include the following information:. To get invoices paid quicker, send our NDIS invoice template to your providers to make sure all the required information is covered. Providers can even submit multiple invoices at a time using our bulk file upload template and uploading to the MyIntegra Portal.
