I've been training at Basic-Fit for several years now. I go there in the morning 5 days a week, which gives me a good start to the day. My favourite place at Basic-Fit is the free weights area. A while ago I didn't dare go there. I've learnt to overcome my fears and to be more daring because the weights allow us to work both the upper and lower body. I've always loved cardio, it really makes me sweat. With strength training added to my routine, it's perfect! Basic-Fit has a lot of weights and machines, and the staff are always there to give tips and advice. Everyone is there to train and stay fit. We encourage each other as a real community, I've even made friends there!
