Review: I brought my truck in to be diagnosed for a noise it was making when turning the vehicle. They diagnosed the vehicle and gave me 3 options for the problem. However, they believed strongly that it was the universal joint. I explained to them that I have been in this situation before with another car repair place. They say its one problem but after you perform the work and it isn't they diagnose it as a different problem and charge you for the misdiagnosis. He said that if they made a diagnosis that was incorrect I would not have to pay for its cost. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. However, after he took my key I was forced to sign the work order and pay full price before being able to leave with my truck. After the work was performed trying option one it did not correct or affect the problem at all. The problem was exactly the same after the work.
