When Arsene comes out, the damage and knockback on all of his attacks is significantly increased, so he can use this to finish off an opponent. Joker's main weakness is in his reliance on Arsene to KO, as he will struggle to do so without him, aside from edgeguarding. When Arsene is out, Joker's recovery will change as well, and his Persona recovery is much easier to edgeguard than his normal one.
