Minecraft clash of clans texture pack

I had an idea for a new Update for Clash of Clans. It doesn't affect the actual gameplay, just the graphics. The idea is that Supercell will release in-game texture packs that can be bought and used for a price of gems, about 30or so. The texture packs will each have their own theme, for example, Goblin, or Modern, or Ocean, etc. They will change the skins of the buildings of villages.

COC is server based so it would run off this. Too much people released texture packs with copyrighted things, I don't know one has troubles. Maybe downloadable texture packs like Minecraft has?
