Found on the second floor of Coogee Pavilion which is also home to a buzzing rooftop terrace and a light and airy food hall , Mimi's is designed with big birthday blowouts, celebratory graduation meals and all-out date nights in mind. Interiors are pared back, with simple pastel hues keeping diners' eyes on those sea views. Service is old school; think wheeled carts dedicated to caviar and waiting staff dressed in crisp white uniforms. Mediterranean cuisine is at the forefront, crafted from high-quality produce which is sourced both locally and from across the globe, be it black truffle imported from Valencia or live lobster plucked from the Sydney shoreline.
