I contacted the surgery for an appointment on-line on Tuesday 30th January about a neck problem. The doctor called me a couple of hours later with an appointment time for early afternoon. He was kindly and very thorough and offered me physio, which I declined. However, this morning 1st Feb I contacted the surgery on-line to say I had changed my mind and would like the physio referral. Within two hours I was contacted with an appointment with the physio this afternoon. Again, he was thorough and gave good advice and help. I was so impressed. The doctor's practice has always exceeded my expectations with how much time the staff give, the quickness of getting an appointment and how kindly and professional all the staff are there. An appointment is never rushed even if they are running behind.

Nine out of ten times you can't get an appointment to see a normal doctor. Response to complaint submitted this morning completely ignores the content of the complaint form! I am doctor myself but I have not seen such pathetic and shameless service ever, ages to take appointment and get hold of receptionist. I had to drive to Falkland to get one appointment and they booked me in straight away at Millwood with the doctor I wanted.
