The industrial designer was known for his sleek, modern dinnerware, but his house and the landscape around it may be his most astonishing creation, mid century italian pottery marks. As the Industrial Revolution took hold and technology advanced, it became easier to replicate patterns and create cheap knockoffs with machines.
