We use the methods and ingredients that we would be proud to serve to our own grandparents and children. Every drink you order is carefully and intentionally prepared for you.

Have been 3x for food and cappuccino and have always left satisfied. My only wish is that my cappuccino would come in a china mug. OMG they were great. On a recent Women On the Go tour, we stopped here for lunch. We had a selection of their delicious soups, salads, unique pizzas, and crepes, followed by a light and delicious strawberry dessert. The entire meal was delicious, but the Club crepe was my My only regret was that I was so full from this delicious meal that I didn't have room to try the delicious looking cinnamon buns! Oh well, another road trip out Carlyle-way? Expensive, 5 dollars for a tea?! Get better staff that is more welcoming and has some work ethic. Also the fact that there hasn't been lettuce in house for how many months now is Maybe make sure your home store is up to date before expanding and letting everything fall between the cracks in the existing places. The lessons of rising to the challenge, pivoting your business, and delegating to outstanding staff members are ones that Michael Ellis is currently learning to master. The well-known Carlyle business has now located in other southeast communities, including a permanent location in Estevan and a mobile trailer in Weyburn. Michael explained how he was able to open his Estevan restaurant in the middle of Covid He recalled the feelings of uncertainty around the impact of Covid and decided to lay off his entire staff.

According to owner Michael Ellis of Arcola, the decision to relocate the shop to Carlyle was, "a great opportunity and I really want to acknowledge Ron and Lois Paul for the commitment they made to allow me to come here. Ellis's first day of business in the new store was "a soft opening. I'm calling it 'Look and Latte Day,'" he says. After that, we're offering our full food and drink menu. First-day customer Kristen Mitchell of Kenosee, says, "I'm excited for good coffee and another good lunch spot in town. For lunch, it'll be sandwiches made with homemade bread, and four different soups daily. One of those will be a gluten-free option.
