We have something for everyone at Metta, our classes are suitable to all levels. The goal; get people to move and sweat and then ground and zen out. Using breath as the avenue to connect the mind to the body. Minimum age to attend hot yoga classes is 14 years old. A class for everyone! An all levels hot yoga class balanced with breath, strength and flexibility. This class will get you moving!

Never met an instructor we didn't like, they're all well trained in clear instruction. I've been coming for 15 years, it's the best studio in town. Angela is great and so is the rest of the team.

Even just showing up a few times has made me feel more in tune with myself and what I want to gain from yoga. Totally recommend for anyone searching for a new form of exercise. Since my favourite yoga studio shut down I have been on the lookout for a studio that offers challenging classes with a wide variety of class times and a room that is actually hot and I have found all of those things at Breathe.

Our group had a variety of yoga levels and somehow our amazing instructor met everyone where they were at. The studio is ultra clean and Jan's instruction is thorough and crisp. I am so proud of the progress you have made in these small pods. Wall Yin is a series of Yin Yoga postures using the wall as a prop.
