Maria is a thirteen-year old orphan best friends with, Wilbur Robinson. She is an apprentice at, Robinson Industries, due to her knowledge and creativity. Her not having a family, she ran away from the orphanage at a young age, before she met Wilbur Maria learned how to be independent for herself at a young age, since she is an escaped orphan. She has one friend from school named, Wilbur Robinson. They have known each other since kindergarten and have been best friends that are practically attached at the hip.
