I felt on edge. I could be forgetful which was really frustrating to me as I value good organisation and reliability. Especially in the mornings. The more I embraced morning meditation, the more I noticed these benefits and the better I felt about how I was choosing to start my days. To be completely honest with you, starting my days feeling rushed and frantic had also made me feel a little guilty.

Sometimes anything negative, be it a complaint or an argument, has hardly any effect on you. And at other times, even a constructive criticism can blow things out of proportion.
