When moving to Mexicomany mayab bus find it often makes sense to not have a car. The paperwork for another. Import fees, registration, buying local, and the expense of fuel all add up to extra complications.
I am trying to understand the difference between ADO, Mayab bus, collectivo, minivan and what the differences are. Planning several day trips around Cancun and Puerto Morelos. Is the Mayab bus a better option if we are going to Croco Cun Zoo. I noticed somewhere is said it drops you at the entrance?? I avoid collectivosoften crowded and not very safe, in my opinion. Mayab are second class buses and will let you off and pick you up anywhere.

The big difference between first and second class buses is that the first class only do specific point to point stops and destinations. There are no ADO bus stops near this hotel. Only if you live near to the mall would these limited routes be helpful. Will new times be added? We looked at the seating one week from now and all seats were available. We checked on this a couple of weeks ago at he bus station. I was charged 50 pesos for a ride for me and my 4 bags to the terminal on 5 and Juarez. There are no stops that are official except the end points. If yes, is it possible to buy a round trip from Tulum bus station or I have to buy for return a ticket from Orange Walk station only? I am no good at bartering or knowing if the price is right. For such a short trip, Mayab is ok. Here is one local company that is good to work with.
